Custom room catalog with custom order of rooms

It would be great to be able to add your own custom room names, for example "office" & "family room" are names I use often. Although I have to choose "other" and then change the name. Having the ability to add your own room names would be great.
Also...For room names and inserting objects, a custom order ability would be a huge help. For example, for real estate we use the sink, bathtub, & toilet a bunch. So having the ability to drag & drop your own order so those items are at the top. As well as room names, being able to adjust the order of room names so that the most common used by each individual can be best for their needs. Currently "Primary Bedroom" is at the top of the list while "Primary Bathroom" is at the bottom. You would assume they would be next to each other.
It would also be ideal if the "washer" and "dryer" were the same size. Under appliances, you choose one and the washer is a lot bigger than the dryer, so you have to adjust the sizes to match. 99% of the time they are usually the same size.
With the auto scan feature, it would be great to be able to either turn off the furniture feature or customize what you would like to add. I would just like to add doors & windows. Currently, the auto-scan mode adds dresser cabinets instead of kitchen counters and other things I then have to take the time to delete.

I would like to be able to type the room name as well as be able to select it from the room lists (Residential)/Commercial
I find on commercial projects the rooms have names or numbers and I have to use something like ‘other’ and then change the name after the room is created. I just adds more unneeded steps

We use different terminology in the uk, I spend longer defining the rooms so that my engineers know which rooms to put which radiator in than it takes me to scan the property, having a self build menu would cut down on ti,e spent on magic plan and heat engineer, also our engineers would better understand what is required.
Lastly could you add an ASHP to the objects.

If we could choose a colour and apply it to all bedrooms with just a tap—that would be magical! Even better, having a colour palette template where each bedroom is automatically assigned a specific colour would be fantastic.

Having the ability to self build a library of commonly used room names (bedroom 1, bedroom 2) would be great, a library of commonly used objects would also help to save time and frustration, we have different terminology in the uk so the predetermined room names causes confusion here and has to be manually changed.

I agree with room definition ability, the ability to hide unused types even would be useful.

We would like the ability to add custom room names to the pre-defined list of room types, so that these rooms can be used on every project.
This would eliminate me having to re-name rooms every time I create a project.

Upvoted! Would be great to have “office” in the default drop down. I swear it used to be there in the past. Lots of home offices in the residential world these days and I find myself manually renaming rooms.
