Unable to edit floor plans

I am unable to edit floor plans but license is still active. It recognises me on the app as free tier even though my licensing is still active for the editing projects.

Subscription not showing up

I can not acces to my account, looks like everything is ok, the payment are already working but we receibed the error as "you already habe an suscription in Google play" but i can not open my floor plans

Subscribed but App still locked

I have just subscribed (monthly, 9.99€) to the App via Apple Pay. However all my plans are still locked. When I ask to upgrade, it says I'm already subscribed. I've re-synced, logged out and back in. Is there a delay between subscription and access for editing? If so, how long?
