Hi there is a recent problem where magicplan automatically logs you out when trying to edit a drawing and can happen when in the middle of a auto scan. A new problem is where you have scanned ( auto scan) a full room and you could have a few rooms scanned also then when you hit finish scan it automatically removes rooms. Even though they are all highlighted green on the in app position finder on bottom of screen. Now I have restarted the ipad numerous times to allow for a full reset but doesn't help and app is up-to-date. Could you help on this please.

I am trying to add a room. To a floor plan that already has rooms. I am currently on the free tier, so I don’t know if that affects anything. After I’m done scanning I check the layout in 2D, I got one wall that is orange rest are green and I clicked on the done button then it returns to my floor plan but doesn’t add the room scan to the project.

Constant error message saying the room is too large to scan and requiring the user to start the scan over.

I've created other cabinets and they render fine in 3D. However, when I add "Cabinet without doors", I see nothin in my 3D view.

When DXF file is imported into CAD software, there are variations in wall thickness and also horizontal and vertical lines are not straight.

Some of the square footage values are inconsistent in the Statistics Report CSV & PDF export. In the Statistics Report CSV, the sum of sq ft for individual rooms (ex. 3539.19) is a couple of sq ft off from the total for the entire plan (ex. 3537.29). The sum of sq ft for floors is also slightly off but by a different amount (ex. 3537.30). For the PDF reports, I set the Living Area Calculation to not include interior walls and to include 100% of all room types with a minimum ceiling height set to 0. With these settings, I assumed that the Living Area should be the same as sq ft without walls, but in both the Report PDF and Statistics Report PDF, the Living Area value is slightly different from the others (3537.38). Also, in the Report PDF, the Total Area changes to the Living Area number. I'd expect it to stay as the original Total Area number. This makes it hard to understand the numbers, it is a bit confusing and distracting. I assume these are simple errors due to rounding, and if so, I recommend adjusting the calculation method, e.g., calculate the total sq ft for each floor and the entire plan by summing the values for individual rooms rather than doing a separate calculation for each.

I added the sink unit to my kitchen. But its height cannot customise. The exhaust hood isn't visible in 3D-projection.

Custom forms are often disappearing. They eventually return to the app but all fields that were entered need to be entered again and all photos that are captured in a custom form do not return and have to be captured again. Mandatory photo type questions still indicate that the form had been entirely filled out even though the photo is not in the app or report.

Hello. The app is crushing when I’m trying to create a new module. At the magicplan cloud it’s allowed me to create the module but I can’t add any alternative items. When i drag and drop the item in the alternative item line it just disappears.

When taking photos under "Photos & Notes" in the app I am unable to use the Android's wide-angle zoom, however, I do have the option on my iOS device. (See photos attached)
