Importing a JPG from photos as an existing floorplan to trace shows blank and nothing is imported.

on a existing floor plan I’ll try to extend hallway and add a corner then the program shuts down

Objects I place in the floor plan of a room shift out of place. This keeps happening when I change views or exit to the dashboard.
