When creating a Project, I create a new room to do a manual scanned with the auto wall feature disabled. I attempt to drop four pins to make a rectangle in the pins do not stay in place. I updated the app. I restarted my iPad. I have not had success.

Information about square meters etc. is shown incorrectly

I am trying to scan a room which is on a mezzanine level and the fourth wall overlooks the ground floor so the scanner tells me that it is incomplete and do I want to save anyway so I say yes obviously and yet it does not show up at all. I have tried this several times and I get the same results of no scan at all…

I’ve tried several time to save my ground floor (auto) scans. I’ve tried several different ways, including saving each room and then at then end of it, noting shows up…

Hello I am scanning the room or something else I have a message that tells me when I have finished that the room is not closed I can finish and nothing is integrated into the application the scan does not appear

Constant error message saying the room is too large to scan and requiring the user to start the scan over.

Every time I try to measure walls or scan with LiDAR it won’t start and won’t give me a way to manually measure a corner.

Rooms are missing, rotated, misplaced... horribly wrong, it's not good.

I please help ! t’s a Commercial property trying to lidar scan the exterior then the interior hallways. I tried one long continuous scan that didn’t work. I tried in sections and it still won’t scan it. Scans about 50% of it and then says that it can’t find any of the walls and resets and everything that I had already scanned disappears.

With automatic room drafters, walls are not displayed correctly and when rooms are incomplete, the room is not transferred and displayed. It's a shame because the idea is that rooms should be displayed even if incomplete, so you can simply add the walls, combination rooms are never displayed, stairs are not recognized, nor are sloping roofs
