I've been using this app for months on my phone, several successful projects later, all of a sudden one day I go to add a room using auto scan but the app is stuck on the "move device to start" screen. I end up having to close the app and after re-opening, manual scan doesn't work either. So I have to manually draw the room layouts. This is all of a sudden and kills my bottom line by taking me so much more time on-site. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, verified all phone and app permissions, and confirmed my LiDAR is working bc it's working in my phone's measure app. If I login to my account on my husband's phone, the auto scan works but I cannot just keep using his phone. Help!

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Auto Scan (LiDAR) feature when creating a new floor plan. The scan itself appears accurate and reflects the real layout of the room. However, once the plan is generated, it is automatically adjusted to show only right angles, which does not match the actual geometry of the space. This automatic correction alters the true shape of the room and makes the plan inaccurate. Is there a way to disable this behaviour or to ensure the plan retains the original angles captured by the LiDAR scan? Thank you for your help.
