During automatic scanning, stairs are not correctly recognized and the wall is not closed. As a result, the space remains incomplete and is not taken over. However, incomplete rooms should always be included in the floor plan or at least allow manual rework. The automatic function is generally very good, but incomplete spaces are a problem.

I have noticed this bug reappear with Rooms overlapping after Auto Scan is complete and an adjustment is made straight after. I had reported this issue on older version of app this link below and it is marked as complete but it has reappear on new version of app. https://magicplan.canny.io/bug-reports/p/rooms-overlap-after-auto-scan-complete "After successfully completing an auto scan some minor adjustments may need to be made from time to time or some new rooms added after the initial scan is complete. As soon as adjustment is made (like moving a room) all the rooms overlap."

It always wants a closed off room, i am kitchen cabinet contractor, i just need the scan the kitchen and not the entire floor bjt it wont let me scan just the kitchen becuase it needs to be closed all around

I please help ! t’s a Commercial property trying to lidar scan the exterior then the interior hallways. I tried one long continuous scan that didn’t work. I tried in sections and it still won’t scan it. Scans about 50% of it and then says that it can’t find any of the walls and resets and everything that I had already scanned disappears.

I need a 2D floor plan. The premises include several rooms and the outer walls have curves. During scanning, I see that the walls are scanned correctly with the correct radius of curvature, but as a result I get completely cut walls, i.e. all fillets are cut off. I use the paid version of the program.
