I duplicated a floor once I finished the report so I could add a compass and turn the floorplan around so it was correct with the compass. The duplication included everything, i then deleted the original floor. When I created the report all the photos that were added were duplicated on the first pages under photos. All 61 of them in thumbnails and larger versions This is seriously not ideal is making my report more pages than it needs to be.

At saretec, all the users that installed the new version of magicplan are facing this critical issue. The Saretec export « exporter vers Sesame » is done in imperial measure instead of metric measure Steps : settings : to be in metric measure (se attached picture) Make an export to Saretec « exporter vers Sesame » (see attached picture) Observed : the csv is in imperial measure (see attached file) Expected : csv should be in metric measure As a workaround, is it possible to make a downgrade temporarily ?

Since the new app the Report PDF Export does not allow a photos to be added as a cover photo instead a image of a map is displayed. The map image is not picking up the correct location. The option to attach a photo at project level is not available on the new app.

How do I get PDF report generation and download in the new web portal?

Reports always generate with ‘my new project’ as the title even when changed in project details before generating.

When adding lots of notes to the "Photos & Notes" section they overwrite the footer text of the PDF making it impossible to read.
