Forms can be filled out right at your desk, and photos can be organised and annotated in the same place.
Everything stays in sync across devices, so you can capture on-site with your phone and pick up exactly where you left off when you're back at the desktop. This is especially useful for project managers and back-office teams who handle the bulk of documentation work outside the field.
