There is no possibility to store sloping ceilings in the plan. But these are necessary for a correct plan.

I also need the function for sloping roofs. It is otherwise impossible to plan a room for an attic apartment.
The other features are very good and intuitive. The same applies to support through tutorials.
But without planning sloping roofs, the app cannot be used.
thankyou

When can we expect the feature that allows sloped ceilings or dormers to be visible in the 3D view and included in the measurements? During the live scan, the sloped ceilings are captured, but later, in the measurement view, the walls appear as full height again. Dormers are also not detected. Is it possible to generate measurements according to VOB standards? Alternatively, please add the option to create custom measurement rules.

Basically, I won’t sign a 12 or 24 month contract unless it can truly capture vaulted and sloping ceilings. Dormers would be great too.
Until it becomes a feature, I am actively looking for better software/apps.
Quite a let down really for $400 a month and to see years of comments requesting this.

This is also my number 1 request.

Would be the perfect app for my purposes if it had sloping / vaulted ceiling capability BUT it doesn’t so can’t use efficiently 🙈🤷

Please do something about it. The app is very pleasant to use but because this function is not available, the calculations (m2 and m3,...) are wrong. An app for professionals, but that way, it doesn't really look pro to our customers and contractors.
Please work on it!

I realized that when I scanned the room, the camera picked up on the slope ceilings, however, when the scan was converted to 3-D, this was lost. It would be beneficial to keep this to properly measure for framing, drywall, and other finishes

It appears there is no interest from Magicplan to integrate this feature. It has been requested for years now, but they respond with a polite but underwhelming "Thank you for the feedback" and move the request into an existing tab that has proclaimed 'planned' for ages now. With no significant updates on the product catalogue, but a substantial jump in charges and fees, this is becoming less and less workable.fees
