API: List plans by team_id

To the API endpoint:
Allow a query parameter like team_id to be provided.
Use case: our application has a separation by team and not by just the users email. Right now I have to list plans for multiple pages to get a good enough list for a specific team. Would be awesome if I could just get the latest 100 for a specific team.
