I want to take the objects captured, and be able to create an output in spreadsheet format to then be able to estimate their value and pass a contents list onto the insurance carrier.

I want to be able to log contents room by room during an assessment to log item description, quantity, condition, whether it's affected, and what we're recommending (leave in place, move, pack out, dispose). Photo per item would be handy too, just for backup when the adjuster pushes back on condition notes.
Main thing I need at the end is an export (spreadsheet or PDF) to estimate value and send a contents list to the carrier as part of the claim.
Right now my techs are using a separate app or paper forms on-site just for this, which is kind of a pain. Would be great to have it sit inside magicplan next to the sketch and moisture data so we're not jumping between tools to finish one job.
