Estimate Presentation

For YEARS, I have been paying for the estimate subscription. Yet, I have never presented an estimate document to a client for review. Why? Because the oprion "show totals and taxes" also show item prices?!? I want to present an estimate with just the total (as the option implies) My clients do not need to know per item prices. This should be basic and simple to fix. Please do so.

Would it be possible to add a materials only option i.e. without a price? I would like to create materials lists too?

There needs to be an option for this- you need to be able to select what you see. This should be split into Quantity, Unit, Rate and Total (You should then be able to choose what you want to see on your PDF. This should also be exportable as an Excel document room by room for bill of quantity preparation.

Any updates on this feature? I agree it’s a must have for my company to move forward with this product!

Bernd Wolfram: it's November. I just need a document that my clients can sign with the total. The option implies that"total and taxes" is an option, this is not an additional feature request. I just want it to do what it says it will do. Its been YEARS that I've been waiting for this to be fixed. What. The. Fuck.

Bernd Wolfram: Hi Bernd. Almost the new year. Still no solution to this very simple request. When I click show "totals and taxes" for the estimate report, I want to just see totals and taxes. It currently shows unit pricing. Please fix this obvious flaw. I have been asking for this simple fix for years. (and paying for a estimating subscription that is next to useless for me with this flaw) A more litigious person would be exploring breach of contract legal actions. Fortunately for you, that's not the way I generally roll. Just fix it.

Bernd Wolfram I just checked again. It still isn't fixed. This is a glaring error and needs to be fixed. Absolutely mindblowing that your highest subscription level users STILL can't use the estimate function to present estimates to clients because you have failed to make this simple fix. You should be embarrassed.
