Every properties external walls will either be a party wall (shared with neighbours) or a heat loss perimeter wall (external wall).

In retrofit construction we would be insulating the external walls only so need to identify these separate to the party walls.

we would need to record the dimensions (sqm) of these walls in a report for estimating etc.

Is it possible to quickly identify walls as either external or party walls, and for us to extract the information required.

Additionally showing the two types walls in different colours on the floor plan would be a bonus.
