It helps me a lot with real estate surveys, renovations and property regularization.

Regarding Brazilian Portuguese (pt-bt), there is a term that could be improved:

Inserir > Quarto to Inserir > Ambiente (ou Cômodo)

In this case the word "Ambiente" or "Cômodo" is more appropriate and is commonly used to designate rooms. To us room = quarto that looks like bedroom (quarto = dormitório).

Logically and knowing a little about the English language, we can understand the meaning of room. But, Ambiente or Cômodo would be perfect in Brazilian Portuguese.
