When you export a report it gives each annotation item a number and a description on a seperate page. When viewing plans it is difficult to constantly page through all pages to see what a specific annotation refers to.

It would be great to create a small legend at the bottom or top of each page with a table that shows a small annotation icon with the description next to it. For instance, a duplex outlet icon with description "duplex outlet" next to it. Or a small icon of a specific colour line we used (to indicate pipe or wire) with the name of that line next to it such as "Water pipe". It would make the plans much more user friendly.
