Increased 360 Compatible Cameras for better image resolution

I've noticed that the 360 images from my Ricoh V are not what my customers expect. We currently only have an option to integrate the Ricoh V, S, SC, SC2. There are currently newer version of the Ricoh 360 camera out and making these compatible would be beneficial or increasing the resolution of the current compatible cameras

Of the compatible 360 cameras I purchased the one with the highest resolution available although I noticed when I review or share the 360s with customers and subs the resolution is much lower myself or subs cannot see ceiling and wall textures on 360 images they have a substantial amount of digital noise obscuring, details that are needed. Is there a setting to be able to view 360s at a higher resolution to make them much more usable

I'm finding this a problem, making Magicplan compatible to the newest range of Ricoh 360 cameras would help
