Hello, I think that an essential option is missing to create plans with the exact side, it would absolutely be necessary to be able to adjust the thickness of the walls 1 by 1, because this deforms the rooms and therefore it is impossible to create successful plans.
Perfection would be to have, thanks to the adjustment of the wall thicknesses, visibility on the external and internal sides of the wall.
(The “home design 3d” application has this functionality but is really not usable compared to magicplan)
-Another point is the possibility of creating mansards by entering a height from the ground for the beginning of the attic and a distance from the wall to define the angle.

Deal breaker for me too. This would make it possible to create floor plans for apartment blocks.

Yes - function is absolutely needed and is a deal breaker for me; there is so much that can be done with this product at first sight however without the ability to accurately present what is physically in place in a building completely undermines the functionality of the product. Why have LiDAR if the measurements can’t actually be represented in a model.
I know it will be tricky and probably requires a re-architecture if your core code but trust me - you will have a winner with this product if you sort it out.

Hi, we are here because we need to have a different thickness of interior walls. Both 6" and 10" are our common sizes. The 10" is for the walls with pocket doors.
Are there any known work arounds?
I tried making a 4" empty space, but that is the minimum it can handle and the wall thicknesses stack oddly.

Hello, I think we all agree here that the possibility of adjusting the thickness of the walls individually is probably the priority feature to put in place for an accurate coastline survey.

It would be very helpful if you could assign more than two wall thicknesses or if you could assign the wall thicknesses separately for each wall and not just one thickness for interior and exterior walls.
