More Projects and Larger Buildings

I would love to see magicplan allow users to create and keep many more projects instead of being limited to only a few.

It would also be great to support much larger and more complex buildings with many floors, including apartment buildings, offices, hotels, schools, and high-rise buildings.

A Duplicate Floor feature would be extremely useful for buildings where several floors have similar layouts.

This would make magicplan much more practical for larger architectural projects.

Advanced 3D/4D Architectural Visualization

I would love to see a much more advanced and realistic 3D/4D visualization system.

Users could freely rotate around the building, examine it from almost every angle, explore the interior and exterior, see different floors and levels, understand the structure, and clearly visualize elements such as roofs, slopes, walls, openings, heights, and proportions.

The goal would be to make the building feel almost like a real object that users can examine from every direction.

Some other architecture applications already offer this kind of advanced visualization, and I believe magicplan could create an even better version.

Better Room Scanning and Reconstruction

I would love to see the room scanning feature become more accurate and intelligent.

When photographing or scanning a room, magicplan could recognize walls, doors, windows, dimensions, furniture, floors, ceilings, and other important elements, then create an accurate digital version that users can correct and edit.

A Current State → Proposed Design feature would also be extremely useful for renovation projects.

Complete Property and Outdoor Design

I would love to design the entire property, not only the building.

This could include gardens, front and back yards, terraces, balconies, swimming pools, garages, parking areas, driveways, fences, gates, trees, vegetation, outdoor furniture, storage areas, sheds, and other structures around the house.

This would allow users to visualize the complete property in both 2D and 3D.

More Objects, Colors and Materials

I would love a much larger library of furniture, appliances, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, plants, decorations, doors, windows, stairs, construction elements, and outdoor objects.

It would also be great to import custom 3D objects.

Users should be able to customize colors and materials for walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and exterior elements, with more realistic textures and rendering.

More Advanced Architectural Tools

I would love to see more precise architectural tools, including:

Building sections and cross-sections

Front, rear, left, and right elevations

Advanced roof design

Intelligent stair design

Precise doors and windows

Wall and ceiling height controls

3D measurements

Floor area and room volume calculations

Structural visualization

These tools would make magicplan much more useful for understanding, designing, and presenting real architectural projects.

Materials, Collaboration and Export

It would be very useful to estimate materials from a project, such as wall and floor areas, paint, tiles, concrete, and other quantities.

I would also love copy/paste and duplication tools for rooms, objects, and floors, as well as better project sharing and collaboration.

More complete export options, such as high-quality images, PDFs, 2D plans, 3D models, elevations, and sections, would also be extremely useful.

My Main Vision for magicplan

I really enjoy using magicplan and prefer it to many other similar applications. These are my main ideas for making it even better.

I would love to see magicplan evolve toward a more complete architectural platform, with more projects, much larger multi-floor buildings, advanced realistic 3D/4D visualization, accurate room scanning, complete property and outdoor design, a larger object library, custom 3D objects, colors and materials, advanced architectural tools, structural views, material estimates, collaboration, and better export options.

I understand that adding these features could make the application and its updates larger, so I also hope they can be optimized to keep performance, storage requirements, and update sizes reasonable.

I prefer using magicplan rather than switching between several applications, and I believe these improvements could make it an extremely powerful tool for architectural planning, visualization, renovation, and building design.
