The current PDF editing tools have several limitations:

The marker/drawing tool is very basic. Adjusting properties such as color or line thickness is difficult, and the available customisation options are limited and not easy to find.

Important editing functions are not intuitive and are hard to access, making the workflow inefficient.

When editing a PDF, a copy of the file is created instead of saving changes to the original file. This leads to confusion and complicates file management.

Improve the PDF editing tools to match our existing PDF tool, with better usability, more flexible annotation options, and the ability to edit the original file directly instead of creating copies.
