Problem: users sometimes delete projects accidentally.

Proposed solution: instead of deleting projects immediately, I would like to force my team to "archive" projects they don't need anymore. Archived projects would be recoverable in case they were archived by mistake. After a certain period, archived projects could be deleted permanently.
