It is requested that the order of rooms is shown on the report PDF as the rooms were created and not alphabetically.

Hi Michael. Thanks for your feedback! We will consider your request in future development.
For the time being, you can control the order of rooms by renaming rooms so they include a number. Eg. 1 Hallway, 2 Living Room, 3 Kitchen, etc.

📑 Allow you to manually sort floors and rooms in reports to reflect the actual inspection flow

Hello MagicPlan team,
At CobroSeguroPro SPA, where we provide technical advice on the claim of housing claims, we use your application both to survey damages and to generate reports and budgets. A critical point for us is that the order in which the floors and rooms are presented in the final report does not always reflect the actual order in which the inspection is carried out.
🔎 Current observation
Today, the report seems to order the venues as follows:
First: Floor 1, with its rooms arranged alphabetically.
Then: Floor 2, also alphabetically ordered.
And so on...
This doesn't always represent how we work in practice.
📋 What is our real flow like?
In the field, we carry out the technical survey in a descending way, starting from:
The highest level (top floor).
The furthest room from the staircase.
We went down to the lower floors, going through interior spaces.
We finish in the outdoor areas (patios, facades, roofs).
This same sequence is the one followed many times during the insurance company's official inspection, and is reflected in the company's inspection report. Therefore, we need the order of the rooms in the technical report and the MagicPlan budget to respect that real inspection flow.
✅ Suggestions for improvement
Allow the user to manually sort the rooms and levels in the report generation section.
That same order be reflected in the budget, to maintain consistency between detected damages, allocated items and their location on the route.
You could even have an option for the order of the rooms in the report to be automatically linked to the order in the budget.
🎯 Why is this important?
Documentary coherence: What the inspector reviews is what he later sees in our report.
Better technical communication: Avoid confusion when the insurer, liquidator and our team refer to the same case.
Logical traceability: Gives greater robustness and technical order to the report.
Thank you for considering this request, which would help align MagicPlan even better with actual professional inspection flows.
Regards,
CobroSeguroPro SPA Technical Team

🖼️ 2. Manual ordering of images within each enclosure
Another fundamental aspect is the order of the images within each enclosure. Currently, the images appear to be ordered by date or time of upload, which does not always reflect the inspection logic. In practice:
First, we take general images of the enclosure from different angles (usually diagonally to capture the entirety).
Then we inspect from the sky down:
Cielo
Cornices
Walls and partitions
Dust cover
Piso
However, many times we completed part of the survey and in a second inspection with the company's inspector, we added new images. This breaks the logical sequence by being automatically inserted at the end or disorderly.
🛠️ Proposal:
Allow you to manually order the images of each room, so that they clearly reflect the visual progression from the general to the specific, and from top to bottom.
✅ Why is this important?
It provides narrative coherence between what the inspector sees and what we deliver as a report.
It gives technical clarity and allows us to understand the logic of the uprising.
It reinforces the credibility of the document: the report “speaks for itself”.
Improves traceability between form, photos, plan and budget.
What we are looking for at CobroSeguroPro SPA is that the reports not only document damage, but also represent a well-told technical story: from the technician's first step to the inspector's last observation.
Thank you for considering this improvement.

CobroSeguroPro SPA Technical Team
