Select forms for room you need them in . Not every room in the house

We like to scan and do a complete sketch of the house. That is why we chose your program however, most of the time we are just inspecting one or two rooms of the house to do work. Your forms only have the option where they are applied to all rooms. This makes the PDF look unfinished. It appears that we just didn’t inspect several rooms which we didn’t, but we weren’t supposed to. I was told I can go through and delete and edit PDF I have tried that it is ridiculously cumbersome. Could you just make an option on forms that you click on the room in the sketch and add a form to the room that you clicked on?

Hi Razzmatazz Turtle, thanks for reaching out! If you usually inspect a certain room type (e.g. kitchen), you can set up your form accordingly. The attached screenshot shows how you can expand the room type selection in your custom form. If you select "Kitchen" then, for example, the form doesn't show up for non-kitchen room types. I hope that helps?
