When you have a few rooms, I don't want to share a massive report with the tradespeople who will only be involved in one room.
For example, we do bathrooms and kitchens, and sometimes my report has 4 bathrooms and one kitchen. I don't need to send all the bathrooms to the joiner. The goal is to always make things easier for the team, and if we can send a simplified report, it would be great.

Which line items would you know you need to place and in which type of room?
In the meantime I think the best way to workaround that is to create distinct line items in your template assigning them individually to each room type you need!
