All scanned or generated rooms are renamed - Other- after creation. Furthermore, no settings such as font color are saved and set to red again and again.

Our developer reviewed the data and found that only a small number of rooms were named “Other,” and this was due to scanning inaccuracies (likely AR drift) that caused rooms to be split. So there doesn’t appear to be a broader technical issue at play. No need to worry—everything else is functioning as expected! 😊

Hi Susanne, unfortunately this is not a satisfactory result... that only a small number has the name: Other is due to my manual renaming to the correct room name after each scan..! This has nothing to do with concern, but is therefore annoying for me and my colleagues as well... :-(

Hi Susanne, thanks for the quick response. Other colleagues of mine also have the described problem. It has only existed since the last major update. We have the latest version and proceed as you described when creating a room. Therefore, it is rather not an application error. Maybe you could actively check that out. Thank you so much...

Hi, thanks for reaching out! When capturing multiple rooms in a row, it’s important to follow the prompt shown in the app: “Stop after every room.” If you don’t pause after each room to select the room type, additional rooms will automatically be assigned to “Other.”
To ensure each room is categorized correctly, we recommend stopping after each room capture and selecting the appropriate room type before continuing to the next one. I hope this helps.
Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of the app. You can download or update it from the App Store to ensure the best experience and access to all current features.
