Blank white screen when I synced to my cloud

I can’t seem to get things started because whenever I sync to the cloud, a Blankwhite screen appears in front of me.

Hi Hollywood cerise Lungfish , thanks for reaching out! It looks like something might be off with your account setup. Could you please go to cloud.magicplan.app and log in there? A short startup survey should appear. Once you’ve completed it, go to your mobile device, log out of the magicplan app, and then log back in.

Finneas Reich Experiencing this issue as well, and this did not work. Somewhat hilariously, when i logged in on a browser the screen just went blank white as well.
