Regional Dinosaur I got information from the team: when duplicating a project that is more complex and has photos/files attached, it takes some time until project duplication has happened. During that time, it seems the app has frozen, which is actually not the case. We are already working on making this faster. Can you please try duplicating again and wait until the screen updates?

Hi Susanne Reich, thanks for looking into this for me. The project i tried to duplicate ("My new project") had no photos only a room and wouldn't duplicate so issue isnt to do with large projects. I have tried it again and have waited 5 minutes on same project but the app freezes and i cannot press the x to back out of the duplicate project pane.

Can you please double check that you're using the latest app version 2024.26.1 (on the device you're testing with) and just to be sure, log out and log in again? If the issue persists, please contact support@magicplan.app and share your diagnostics ZIP file with us so that we can investigate further. Hi Regional Dinosaur, just another note, please make sure you're not using the magicplan BETA app. If so, please make sure all your projects are synced and then go to the app store and get the regular magicplan app.

Hi Regional Dinosaur , thanks for reaching out! Can you please go to the "My Projects" screen and tap on the "..." of your project and then try to duplicate from there? This should work.
I can reproduce the issue when entering the project and then duplicating. I will report this to the team right away.

Susanne Reich The same issue occurs when you hit "Files and Sharing" and try to generate a Sketch or Report PDF. App freezes and "Generating..." is displayed.
