Exports of Files & Sharing do not work anymore

Until mid of February I could generate pdf Exports, …
Now it does not work anymore. No files appear in Files list.
I have a Starter Subscription Plan.

I do not know where to find version. But I downloaded (again) yesterday night. So I think I have got the latest version on my iPad and my iPhone.
Unfortunately it still does not work.

Hi Honest Lungfish , thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble. If you haven't already, could you please update your app to version 2025.13.0 and check if the export works now? This version includes a fix related to exports, so hopefully it will resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please let us know here. Thanks!
