Hi Middle Bovid , thanks for reaching out! To help us understand the issue, could you please send us your feedback regarding the following points?
- By “mid survey”, do you mean the AR auto scan session?
- Did the app freeze happen during the scan of a room, or in-between when the floor is displayed in the minimap?
- Can you tell us the shape of the floor when the issue happens?
- Were you in good lightning conditions?
