When using the created forms, there are always interruptions and what has been entered is not saved, and it really hangs and you can barely enter any data
This is also the case when uploading images. Sometimes, however, it uploads the pictures several times in a row without intending to do so.
Since the update, Magicplan no longer runs smoothly on the Galaxy S8 tablet. Processing is almost no longer possible.

Hi Zaffre Bobolink , in order to resolve the issue you experience on your device, we would need a diagnostic file from your account.
Please contact support@magicplan.app and share your diagnostics ZIP file with us so that we can investigate further. You can get this file by going to the "Profile" screen and tapping on "Create & Share Diagnostics".

Hi Zaffre Bobolink , thanks for reaching out. We implemented a fix to improve the photo sync for Custom Forms. Please make sure to upgrade all your devices to magicplan version 2024.32.0. Please let us know here in case you're still running into this issue.
Can you please add more details (e.g. the steps you are taking) regarding the issue you mentioned "what has been entered is not saved"? This will help us to investigate.
