“I can't open or create projects on the iPhone”

International orange Rooster
I have an active subscription (Report) and I can use it normally on the iPad.
On the iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 18.6.2, app version 2025.34.0), I can't open existing projects or create new ones.
I can access all the other tabs (account, community, files), but when trying to open/create a project, nothing happens.
I need to use the camera for AR Scan and 360° photos, but it doesn't work.

Hi International orange Rooster, thanks for sharing this with us! To better understand what’s happening, could you please help us with the following:
- Do a fresh install of the latest version of the app (version 2025.35.0).
- Record a screen video showing the issue, with taps enabled so we can clearly see where you’re tapping. Here’s a quick Loom video on how to enable tap indicators -> https://www.loom.com/share/00167c6395be486f819a530424989e1a?sid=2341e487-ad83-47b6-a0d9-887ca3e90b59
- Send us the diagnostics file from your magicplan app:
- Tap on Create Project
- Tap on Open Project
- Then go to the Profile screen and select "Create & Share Diagnostics" -> This will generate a ZIP file you can attach directly here on Canny, or alternatively send to us via email at support@magicplan.app.
That combination of video + diagnostics will help us dig in and figure out what’s going on. Thanks a lot for your support! 🙌
