Went to start the scan and the app would not recognize my pressing the record or back options

Starting from version 2025.40.0, we’ve improved the scan feature to make it more robust against unexpected errors from the device’s sensors.
The issue with the scan UI becoming unresponsive may have been caused by these internal sensor errors not being handled properly.
Please update the app to 2025.40.0, and if you encounter similar issues again, send us the diagnostic file as described bellow.

Hi Nougat Antlion, thanks for reaching out! We'll release a new app version (2025.37.0) this week, probably on Wednesday. After updating the app on your device, please check if you're still running in to the same issue. If so, please send the diagnostics file from your device to support@magicplan.app so that we can investigate further 🙏
You can retrieve this file by going to the "My Account" screen and tapping on "Create & Share Diagnostics". Then you can attach the generated ZIP file to the email you'll send us. Thanks!
