When adding a note to the individual line item nothing appears in the text box when typed in nor does any note appear on the final estimate pdf

Hi Worldwide Vicuna , thanks for reaching out! Please note that the note is only displayed on the room pages, not the cost breakdown. Also, the note will not be displayed for grouped items. Can you please check if the note appears on your Estimate PDF export, on the room page(s)?
