The notes overwrite the footer text at the bottom of the PDF

When adding lots of notes to the "Photos & Notes" section they overwrite the footer text of the PDF making it impossible to read.

I’ve been typing my general inspection report summary and suggestions in project description so they populate at the top of my report. I learned today that if those notes exceed 1 page, they cut off and do not continue on to the next page.
