Won’t save scan

It lets me scan the room an I see it maps it out perfectly but once I go to click done it doesn’t save the model.

I have tried several times to demonstrate the new beta scan and the ease of use. And I subscribed to monthly sketching. However, I will scan and nothing is created. I have reste phone, closed app. What else can I do? I am using apple IOS iPhone 13 and with the latest firmware.

Same problem here. I just did a scan for a client, it saved the rooms. I left the clients house and tried to pull up the scan and it was gone. Very frustrating.
