Hi i have problem with connect my Leica ciasto X4 measure. App is searching but it cant find my device

I’ve created a plan with an iPad Pro 11 4th generation by using the beta AR scan. After the plan was created I wanted to change the measures by using my laser tool. I’ve clicked the respective wall, bring in editing mode, laser is connected but the measure are being ignored but the app.

Cannot get this laser dimensions to appear on magicplan. There was a recent app update to correct this issue with this model laser.

Hello, I don’t know if it glitch or not. I’m trying to using bosch glm400c laser measure but it doesn’t work. Software successfully connecting to the device but no laser point on icon and it not getting data from the device. I researched that you support GLM400CL but device is completely similar with C model. The only difference is that CL has internal lithium rechargeable battery and thats it. C model using AA batteries. I don’t think it’s hard to support C model as well. Thank you!
