Auto scan, and manual scan will not work and crashes the app. I’ve try reinstalling the app, resetting the iPad and still nothing.

Hi, why can't I scan with my new phone?

I am trying to add a room. To a floor plan that already has rooms. I am currently on the free tier, so I don’t know if that affects anything. After I’m done scanning I check the layout in 2D, I got one wall that is orange rest are green and I clicked on the done button then it returns to my floor plan but doesn’t add the room scan to the project.

I have noticed a bug with Rooms overlapping after Auto Scan is complete and an adjustment is made straight after. After successfully completing an auto scan some minor adjustments may need to be made from time to time or some new rooms added after the initial scan is complete. As soon as adjustment is made (like moving a room) all the rooms overlap.

When I autoscan one or multiple more complicated rooms and I click « done » nothing is appearing on the floorplan, I tried to autoscan 3 times an appartment the other day and it didn’t work at all I have nothing appearing. It works only if the room(s) are really simple.

Hello, it dosent work. Scan dont start

It lets me scan the room an I see it maps it out perfectly but once I go to click done it doesn’t save the model.

I spent 10 minutes scanning a room, 3 different times, and each time it disappeared. Saw someone else posted the same exact bug. Please help!!!

Starting 2 days ago, every time I auto scan a room I only get what you see as Project 7. Can’t figure out why. I tried 7 times and only get that “object”. I tried with both iPhone and iPad. Always worked with both in past as you can see if earlier projects.
