Feature Requests

In some views, closets seem to disappear. Please find a way to make them show up just like rooms or other walls.

Please add the ability to add objects like grab bars to partition walls, so I can maintain accuracy without creating unnecessary rooms. It is critical for me to be able to convey to my clients and building departments what is happening with a floor plan so that it can be understood. Thanks for your consideration

It would be helpful to have stacked windows as an object in the magicplan app.

Hi, can it be made possible to make all dimensions changeable on the heat pump? Currently makes the heat pump square and need to create rectangular ones preferably with a depth that can go below 450mm. Many thanks

Background :Real estate photographer and floor plannner. Request: I would love to be able to create a simple and adjustable 2D kitchen layout. (The ability to draw and then adjust the dimensions and shapes in floor plan view. Kitchen island shapes are hard to get accurate and impossible to adjust. Maybe an adjustable kitchen island shape would go some way to fixing this issue. It’s quicker to print out and sketch in than use the current tools that can’t be adjusted once added. Actually it’s quicker to draw old school with pencil and graph paper. It’s understandable the direction magicplan is going however as a real estate photographer/floor planner I came to magic plan years ago for the simple floor plans. I have no need for it interest in 3D options. Finished magic plans are not up to the standard that my market requires so I outsource the drawing and styling of floor plans. I just need a quick simple and effective way of drawing the shape and size of countertops to pass on to my team.

I would like the ability to rotate the text box annotation object in my floor plan.

Every time I use the recently used list, it often omits items I accessed not long ago because the list isn’t long enough. This can be frustrating and disrupts the workflow, as I frequently need to search for the same items again. Expanding the list would make it much more efficient.

Stairs leave a lot to be desired. You really can't do anything with them. Tried to add stairs from ground to 2nd floor, wasted sooo much time trying every option to no avail. Stairs are just unusable. Can't set length with out affecting width, can't stack stairs with landings from ground to next level, can't change or alter orientation. Little to No parameters to set.. just extremely disappointed.. Stairs are everywhere.. it's a needed function. Please fix. This shouldn't be a feature request, it's a necessity.. Please fix.

Frequent or recently used I would like this feature to contain 10 rather than 6 objects and by optionally available as a permanent pop up on the room view so adding you favourite objects becomes much quicker.

I start my initial kitchen design here and bathrooms, but as I move on designing I struggle to find objects that are very limited here. Vanities, light fixtures, mirrors, shower doors, cabinets, detail moldings, door types
