Feature Requests

Would it be possible to export in pdf only 1 form (among the forms attached to a project) and the associated photos. Indeed, in the case of a second post-work visit, it would be useful for me to export only the observations from the post-work visit (collected in a specific form) without having to re-export the entire complete report, including my initial visit. Thanks in advance.

currently there is no way to add another line on the 'add instructions' meaning we have to add multiple add instructions so a instructions can be read properly

When I create a new Section and drag existing Questions under that Section it does not create the dropdown menu under the Section unless I drag the Question in. The forms are a great addition to magic plan but are very cumbersome to create. A simple duplicate button for each question and section would speed things up immensely as a lot of the questions or question sections or often somewhat similar - At least in my scenario. Similarly I've requested an import / export feature of the forms which you can find in another feature request. With those two features creating forms would be a lot faster and more pleasant of a process.

It would be nice to be able to import and export forms so that they can be typed up outside of the magic plan interface and then later inputted/imported. For instance if I wanted to have AI help me make a form from a template it would be way faster than having to manually type out each form field or even without AI I could use whatever markup you all decide to go with for importing and exporting and do some copy and pasting in notepad to make the fields much faster than manually using the form input UI. Which leads me to an additional feature of duplicating fields but I will create another feature request for that.

It is currently not possible to add logic to a multi select question on custom forms. This feature would be beneficial if it was made available like it is on a List question.

Form creation is currently very limited. It would be very interesting to have conditional choices. For example: “What is the composition of the ceiling? Wood, Steel or Concrete?” --> If you choose Steel, all of the following questions concerning Wood and Concrete are automatically hidden. And all on several levels. For example: I chose STEEL, but what type of steel? I-beams? Open Web Steel Joists? C-Beams? If I choose I-beams, all of the following questions about I-beams and OwsJoists are automatically hidden. It would avoid having an endless form, full of useless things.

The option to copy/transfer forms between workspaces/accounts. The option to add a default image to the top of a Form in the Cloud.

It should be great if we can create a field that calculate something with de values of other fields. For example, a field that calculate the percentage of frame of a window with a value of thick frame and de windows dimensions.

In order to better calculate the square meter, to display furniture, bathroom, etc., you would have to be able to specify the knee-length. Say in the attic, for example Where the roof just starts. This is crucial for furniture in all furnishings.
