I don't want to get locked into an expensive subscription just to manage my houses. I don't mind paying a one-time lifetime licensing fee to unlock unlimited houses, or at least something reasonable because 2 isn't enough. I don't want to pay every month when I am not using this for business.

It would be great if you could reasonably share your floor plans with other members. So that they have access to the floor plans and can also edit them. The existing “share” function seems somewhat bugy.

Be able to create project folders to better organize them

Introduce a feature to create project templates in magicplan, allowing predefined documents (e.g., assignment contracts, revocation instructions) to be included automatically when starting a new project. Key Benefits: Saves time by reducing repetitive setup tasks. Ensures consistency with necessary documentation in every project. Allows direct signing and seamless document sharing from the app. Use Case: Users can define templates with commonly used files, so new projects automatically include these documents, ready for signing and submission to the office.

It's great when several people have access to a project via the app at the same time (e.g. project managers and various tradesmen who are on construction sites one after the other). In principle, it would also be sufficient if the other employees' projects were at least displayed on the app version so that you can assign the projects to yourself for editing with one click.

The delete function for projects that are no longer required (here the demo project) is missing. Therefore, the software cannot be used properly in starter mode.

When filtering the project list in the cloud, I would like to be able to use either my team members' names or email addresses.

When a user filters the project list by team member, navigates into a project, and then returns to the project list, the team member filter should remain applied.

So you can add another project in the present one, by making easier to merge you could do some copies and improviments in diferent projects without losing time or doing some things one by one all over again.
