It would be nice to be able to select what you want to view and export. Let's say I want to see the electrical system (nice feature by the way) or give it to electricians. They do not care about the furniture so they don't need to see it, only to make the layout unnecessary fuller. Or I want to have the outdoor property inside the project, but i don't always need it, to be able mark and select what you want to see: plumbing, electricity, furniture, outdoor... Etc

I do a lot of renovations and I’d really really like this app to be able to send updates to my clients of what getting done per room. I think a great feature would be to add a form for before and after or some sort of update between phones and re-scanning the floor plan with relocated walls.

Ability to view timestamps of versions, who edited it, what was edited, like a data log/history of every single change that happened to a project to see what activity there has been

I would be great to be able to search for projects by address/postcode in the magicplan cloud app project search bar.

When a user filters the project list by team member, navigates into a project, and then returns to the project list, the team member filter should remain applied.

I don't want to get locked into an expensive subscription just to manage my houses. I don't mind paying a one-time lifetime licensing fee to unlock unlimited houses, or at least something reasonable because 2 isn't enough. I don't want to pay every month when I am not using this for business.

i have many projects on the main page, it would be nice if they were sorted by something other than the last time they were opened

Introduce a feature to create project templates in magicplan, allowing predefined documents (e.g., assignment contracts, revocation instructions) to be included automatically when starting a new project. Key Benefits: Saves time by reducing repetitive setup tasks. Ensures consistency with necessary documentation in every project. Allows direct signing and seamless document sharing from the app. Use Case: Users can define templates with commonly used files, so new projects automatically include these documents, ready for signing and submission to the office.
