subject: Dear Magicplan team, We regularly work with service specifications (LVs) in accordance with the GAEB standard — specifically in the GAEB 90 format — D86 (order) — and use the generated files in our industry software Sander & Doll (CARO). In Magicplan, we record precise rooms, areas and services — which would be an ideal basis for automatic course creation. However, so that we can further process the collected data directly, we need an option to export it in GAEB format. Our specific requirements: Export GAEB 90 (D86) — structured export as order level Long texts for each item must be output in full Item numbers, quantity, unit, EP (unit price) must be transferred Optional: Breakdown into lots/title Optional: Wage and material shares as EPA figures per position File format must be importable into software such as Sander & Doll (CARO) We are happy to provide examples and specific data structures (Excel, GAEB files, etc.) to facilitate integration. Objective: Integrate the entry process in Magicplan directly into the tendering and offer process — without manual intermediate steps or data transfer errors. Thank you for your feedback as to whether and when such a GAEB export function (or interface) can be implemented. We see great potential in this for the craft sector. sincerely

I would like the ability to have the company logo as a watermark on the Estimate, like in the old Estimator exports (see photo)

We use internal notes for contractor specific info, when we create a schedule of works estimate with no pricing we want to include the internal notes for the contractor to view of the SoW

Can I pick more than just one room without choosing the entire floor or the entire project? EG paint ceilings in two out of the three rooms? Thanks!

Be able to create estimates while offline, as technicians are often working on sites with unstable internet connection and need to create estimates on-site for customers.

See comparison of what MP produced and how I edited the PDF for better presentation Staff, surveyors and loss assessors were finding that the estimate was too spaced out across too many pages and it was sometimes hard to navigate to different rooms when a big estimate was created. SOME CHANGES I MADE TO PDF INCLUDE Description in ITALICS Smaller spacing between line items Room name in larger font Sum total of room moved to side to easily distinguish between rooms Removed line item totals but kept room totals Added a room CONTINUED.... note at the top of a page when a room line item across's onto another page All Floors sub total name changed from file name to site setup Removed sub section inside section sub total cost on the subsections we did not want to show it I hope you find this usual and feel the presentation of the estimate could look so many better with only a few tweaks

As in the custom view, I would like to be able to create line items directly in a section in price lists

In each budget we apply: General Expenses and Utility (25%) of the Subtotal VAT (19%) also on the Subtotal These rates are pre-configured within the module, but they are not clearly displayed in the exported PDF: You can't see the% applied The calculation base is not indicated Only the amount appears, which requires external validations ✅ I request that the summary show: Subtotal: $2,513,985 General Expenses and Utility (25% of Subtotal): + $628,496 VAT (19% on Subtotal): + $597,071 Total (tax included): $3,739,552 This improves liquidator confidence and technical traceability.
